Our team is involved in training resident doctors, DNB, postgraduate and doctoral students in clinical and public health research. So far, we have trained more than 30 researchers in our department which include 4 doctoral, 5 DNBs and 22 master’s students. Currently we have 2 doctoral, one masters and 3 students perusing other short-term courses. We have trained more than 5000 Diabetes Educators along with 4 Master trainers in partnership with Project HOPE. We have initiated the Core Medical Training (CMT ) at Max and it has become the first centre in India for the MRCP Examination conducted by the Royal College of Physicians. We have recently initiated an Apprenticeship Program for the “Multi-skilled Health Worker” with an affiliation from the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Healthcare Sector Skill Council of India.
